Refund & Cancellation Policy

At CodingwithRK, we strive to deliver exceptional results for every project. We understand that plans change, and this policy outlines how we handle cancellations and refunds fairly for both parties.

This policy applies to all services provided by CodingwithRK and all payments processed via our authorised payment partners — Razorpay and ZOHO Payments.

1 Project Cancellation by Client

You may cancel a project at any time by submitting a written cancellation request to connect@codingwithrk.com. The following conditions apply based on the project stage at the time of cancellation:

Project Stage Refund Eligibility
Before work has commenced 100% refund of advance paid
After work has commenced (up to 25% completion) 50% refund of advance paid
25% – 50% project completion 25% refund of advance paid
More than 50% completion No refund; payment for completed work is due
Project completion percentage is determined by CodingwithRK based on documented milestones and hours logged, and will be shared with the client transparently upon request.

2 Cancellation by CodingwithRK

We may cancel or suspend a project in the following circumstances:

  • Non-payment or consistent delays in payment beyond the agreed terms.
  • The client requests illegal, unethical, or harmful work.
  • Lack of required inputs, feedback, or approvals from the client for more than 30 days, causing project stagnation.

In such cases, we will refund any advance paid proportionally after deducting the cost of work already completed.

3 Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered if:

  • The cancellation request is submitted within the eligibility window described above.
  • CodingwithRK fails to deliver the agreed scope within a mutually defined timeline due to our fault.
  • The delivered work materially fails to meet the agreed specifications and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable revision period.

4 Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Domain registration and renewal fees.
  • Third-party software licences, API subscriptions, or SaaS tools procured on behalf of the client.
  • Hosting and cloud infrastructure costs already incurred.
  • Work completed and approved by the client at any prior milestone.
  • Rush fees or expedited delivery charges.
  • Payment gateway transaction fees (charged by Razorpay or ZOHO Payments).

5 Refund Process

All approved refunds are processed through the original payment method used at the time of transaction — either via Razorpay or ZOHO Payments.

Submit your cancellation request in writing to connect@codingwithrk.com

Step 2

We review the project completion and confirm the eligible refund amount within 3–5 business days

Step 3

Refund is initiated to your original payment source within 7–10 business days

Actual credit time to your bank account or card may vary depending on your bank's processing timelines. Razorpay and ZOHO Payments typically process refunds within 5–7 business days after initiation.

6 Dispute Resolution

If you believe a refund has been incorrectly denied or processed, please contact us within 14 days of the refund decision. We are committed to resolving disputes amicably and in good faith.

Unresolved disputes will be handled in accordance with our Terms of Service and applicable Indian law.
