Sri BTS Technologies

Sri BTS Technologies is a custom CRM and institute management platform built for Smart Learn Technologies, a vocational training centre offering computer and technology courses. Before this system, the institute was managing student enrolments, fee collections, batch scheduling, and certificate issuance entirely through spreadsheets and paper records — a process that was error-prone, slow, and impossible to audit.

The platform was built with Laravel, Bootstrap, and MySQL, delivered within one month from requirement gathering to deployment. The admin dashboard gives staff a real-time view of active students, upcoming batch start dates, pending fee collections, and monthly revenue — all on a single screen.

Student enrolment is handled through a guided multi-step form that captures personal details, chosen course, batch preference, and fee plan (lump sum or instalment). The fee management module tracks each payment, raises automatic reminders for upcoming instalments, and flags overdue accounts. Receipts are generated as PDFs and can be printed or emailed directly from the browser.

The batch management module allows admins to define courses, assign trainers, set batch schedules, and monitor attendance. Certificates are generated automatically on course completion using a templated PDF engine, pre-filled with the student's name, course, and completion date — eliminating a manual process that previously took hours per batch.

Role-based access separates what admins, trainers, and front-desk staff can see and do, keeping sensitive financial data appropriately restricted. The system is currently live and in daily use at the institute.
