GVM Asia is a donor and ministry management platform built for Green Valley Ministries, a non-profit Christian organisation operating across multiple Asian countries. The organisation needed a centralised system to replace a fragmented collection of spreadsheets, paper registers, and email chains that were being used to manage thousands of donors, track donations, coordinate events, and roster volunteers.

The project was completed in 15 days — a tight timeline that required precise scope definition upfront and disciplined delivery. The platform is built on Laravel, Bootstrap, and MySQL, and is designed to be operated by non-technical ministry staff with minimal training.

The donor management module is the heart of the system. It maintains a full profile for each donor — contact details, giving history, preferred communication channel, and assigned ministry region. Staff can log one-time and recurring donations, generate tax receipts as PDFs, and send personalised thank-you communications. A giving summary dashboard shows total donations by month, region, and campaign, giving leadership a clear picture of the ministry's financial health.

The events module handles the full lifecycle of ministry events — from creation and registration to attendance tracking and post-event reporting. Volunteer coordination is built in: staff can define roles needed for an event, send invitations to registered volunteers, and track confirmations, making it straightforward to assemble the right team.

A built-in communication tool lets staff send targeted emails to filtered donor and volunteer segments — for example, all donors in a specific region who gave above a threshold in the past year. The system is live at gvmasia.org and continues to support the ministry's operations.
